- Maintenance of the project cash book, coupons, invoices, daily cash book, bank book, advances, etc.
- Entry into Tally ERP.
- Banking transactions.
- Drafting of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Keeping of the register of checks issued.
- Regulations of the training program and travel expenses.
- Preparation of vouchers and maintenance of records.
- Invoice preparation.
- Cash, bank account and test balance reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Field visits to project related work carried out by the organization, etc.
