SI vs Swarmz and Pineda LIVE!
KSI returns to the boxing ring at London’s O2 Arena tonight, looking to achieve the remarkable feat of winning two fights on the same card. All eyes will be on the YouTube star and musician as he first faces off against fellow rapper Swarmz, who stepped up late after a concussion suffered by original opponent Alex Wassabi.
Although the rapper didn’t have much boxing experience, Swarmz lasted the first round before getting knocked out early in the second.
KSI will soon be fighting a professional boxer in Luis Alcaraz Pineda, the Mexican with a 2-5 record in his first seven fights. Both bouts are held at heavyweight and will be limited to three rounds, with KSI looking to make a strong statement in front of a sold-out O2 Arena and home crowd in London.
He hadn’t fought since defeating Logan Paul in his pro debut in Los Angeles in November 2019, having previously drawn with the same opponent and defeated Joe Weller in his introduction to the sweet science. KSI is headed for massive fights against Jake Paul and Tommy Fury in the future as his war of words continues with the former.
Saturday’s DAZN: X Series event features several other crossover fights, including KSI’s brother Deji taking on American YouTuber Fousey.
