Against Pakistan, India scored 181/7 but the bowlers failed to defend the ensemble as Mohammad Rizwan and Mohammad Nawaz helped their team finish the chase with five spare wickets.
Then, against Sri Lanka, Rohit Sharma led India’s batting effort with a 72 out of 41 balls, but the rest of the order faltered and India could only score 173/8 on the scoreboard.
