Yogi Babu List of upcoming movies: Yogi Babu, an Indian actor, has made cameos in films shot in Tamil. He rose to fame after starring in the 2014 comedies Maan Karate and Yaamirukka Bayamey, and has been a fixture of the Tamil comedy genre in him ever since. Lollu Sabha director Ram Bala found Babu when a friend brought him to the set. Ram Bala saw Babu’s uncommon looks and physique and approached him saying he was an apprentice actor.
During the first two seasons of the show, Babu not only wrote for it but also worked as an assistant director. The film that brought the actor who made his breakthrough in 2009’s The Yogi to popularity was Maan Karate (2014). Some of his other popular works include Komban (2015), Kaaki Sattai (2015), Pokkiri Raja (2016), Jackson Durai (2016), Atti (2016) and Sathriyan (2017). Several films from 2018, including Mannar Vagaiyara, Mohini, Sema, Junga, Sarkar, Gorilla and Pariyerum Perumal, feature his work. Examples: Dharma Prabhu, Jackpot, Kanni Rasi and Namma The release of several films is scheduled for 2019: Veetu Pillai, Puppy, Bigil, Jada and Iruttu; Viswasam, Pattipulam, Airaa, Watchman, Kanchana 3, Mr. Local and Idhi ChalaThakkuva. In 2020, you might expect to see the release of Darbar, Dagaalty, Sandimuni, Mookuthi Amman, and Dhowlath. Tamil sci-fi films Trip and Sulthan starring Yogi Babu came out in 2021, while the film Karnan (2021) in which he played a supporting role was a huge commercial success for actor Dhanush. With Sivakarthikeyan and Priyanka Arul Mohan, he starred in the 2021 film Doctor.
Among the films he hopes to direct that year are Veerame Vaagai Soodum, Kadaisi Vivasayi, Hey Sinamika, Beast, Koogle Kuttappa, Veetla Vishesham, Yaanai, Panni Kutty, Kichi Kichi and The Legend. Among the upcoming films are Sathuranga Vettai 2, Coffee With Kaadhal, Andhagan, Kaaviyum Aaviyum Naduvula Devi, Haraa, Poochandi, Saloon, Ayalaan, Vellai Ulagam, Theeyorkku Anjael, Soorapuli, Thamezhharasan, Naane Varuven, Sundentara Travels 2, Kashan Sun (OH MY GOD).
