The latest news is that a former California cop was prosecuted for having secret sex with a woman. According to reports, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office accused Anthony Luciano Vasquez, a 25-year veteran of the Pinole Police Department, of crime and abuse of “illegal” video recording in September 2021. It is alleged that he had secretly registered this woman. The two were linked to the accusation of using a hidden camera in March 2021. Speaking to Facebook, officials said Vasquez filmed the victim using a hidden camera in his bedroom without his consent. It was also reported that Vasquez shared the recording with another law enforcement officer. The office wrote that due to the sexual nature of this criminal complaint, his office would release the victim’s identity as it could harm his life. For this reason, the identity of the victim remains unknown and he is not expected to be released in the next few days.
