For the first time in months, the Ukrainian capital Kyiv witnessed multiple explosions in the city. At least two explosions were heard in central Kyiv shortly after 8 a.m., and then more followed.
A Ukrainian girl was filming in Kyiv when a Russian rocket fell across the street. A glimpse of the impact was caught on her video.
In the short clip, the girl can be seen wearing fear all over her face as a rocket hits the street of Kyiv. Although the camera was in selfie mode, a flash of the explosion was captured in the video and is horrifying to watch.

As soon as the video hit the internet, it garnered a lot of attention online. People have reportedly expressed concern for the citizens of Ukraine as Russia continues its destruction.
The rare explosions in the capital followed new strikes overnight in the southern city of Zaporozhye and in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the BBC reported.
Ukrainian officials say a number of people were injured in new rocket attacks on Zaporozhye overnight.
Zaporozhye has been hit repeatedly in recent weeks with dozens killed.
