Twitch already allows its creators to broadcast live for other platforms

Twitch, the well-known live video streaming platform owned by Amazon, surprises Creator Partners with this opportunity which can now also broadcast live video on other platforms, although some limitations need to be taken into account.

With this move, Twitch means that the creators it is easier to grow your audience on the other (supported) platforms on which they are presentthus avoiding the use of other tools and also having greater flexibility to reach the respective audience.

Give up exclusivity on live video streams

Subject to the limitations indicated on the FAQ page:

We do not allow simultaneous streaming on Twitch-like web services that support long-term streaming, such as B. YouTube and Facebook, as we believe interacting with two streams at the same time may result in a suboptimal experience for your community. However, we know many of you want to use other services to grow your community, so simulcasting is allowed on short-form mobile services like TikTok or Instagram Live.
