This year, while still British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson visited India. He opened a new excavator manufacturer’s factory and his image was swinging from the construction machinery. The picture ended up on the front pages of Indian newspapers and the outrage was great. Because when this picture was taken, excavators from the same producer were destroying the houses of Muslims, activists and protesters in north Delhi on behalf of the Indian government. The message: if you get angry, your house will be demolished – human rights organizations and former judges have been criticizing this digger’s justice as illegal for months.
