Actress and radio host Kate Ritchie was arrested for drunk driving after police stopped her car on Monday afternoon.
The Nova FM presenter reportedly failed a random breath test while traveling in Sydney’s southern suburbs.
Ritchie, 44, was then taken to the Maroubra Police Station, where she reported a blood alcohol level of 0.06%, just above the legal limit of 0.05%.
She was fined $ 600 and her license was suspended for three months.
It comes as the former Home and Away star is set to return to the screen as the host of Australia’s Got Talent on Channel Seven.
The TV talent show will air again after a three-year hiatus later this year.
