Have the Island Boys split up? The rappers’ heated argument goes viral on TikTok

The brothers from rap duo ‘The Island Boys’ got into a heated fight during a live stream on TikTok, leaving fans wondering if they were done with each other for good. Last year, the Island Boys’ hit song, “I’m an Island Boy,” went viral and took over the internet.

People had a lot of negative things to say about the song’s lyrics, bassy beat and the rappers’ unique style, but that’s exactly why the two became internet stars.

Unfortunately from the start their claim to fame was fraught with problems. Between fighting with Logan Paul, getting booed at their first big live show, and trying to get into boxing matches with other influencers, the duo caused quite a stir in the space. Even a year after the event, things don’t seem to be getting any better.

The Island Boys are twin brothers who became internet stars because they were so close to each other. Some viewers were even a little disappointed at how close they were.

Live Stream Shows Island Boys Controversy

But it looks like the siblings are splitting up because of a fight they had during a live stream on TikTok. The fight went viral on the platform, with fans simultaneously reaching for their popcorn and wondering if this was the end of the rap duo.

“You want to be just like me!” Kodiak Red said at one point. “You do everything I do. Follow the leader!” Flyysouljah replied, “I made Island Boys.”

“I’m the one who told you, let’s go on AirBnB … I’m the one who told you to change it. And I’m the one who made the actual bars. The bars!” Red claimed.

This fight happened about a month after the brothers stopped living together, although they were seen together shortly before the last fight.
