Corsair unveils a gaming screen… that folds

The future of screens means flexibility. Corsair then unveils its very first gaming screen that bends to your wishes.

The world of games is not just about video games themselves, but everything around them, accessories and hardware. Therefore, at Gamescom, it is not impossible to come across the presentation of technological jewels between two videogame stands. This year, Corsair is changing things up with a brand new gaming screen that has the distinction of being flexible.

Called XENEON FLEX OLED, it is – as the name suggests – a 45-inch OLED display that offers more gaming possibilities thanks to the simple fact that it can be rotated in an instant. For this, the device has two handles on the back of the screen, which you can modulate on a curve of 800R.

In terms of functionality, there is a latest generation W-OLED panel in 21: 9 format. All for a definition of 3440 x 1440 and a refresh rate up to 240 Hz. Technical characteristics that have nothing to envy to the best monitors on the market, with the added advantage of size, that of versatility. The curvature allows you to immerse yourself even more in your racing, simulation or shooter games.

A socket on the ground

Those currently attending Gamescom 2022 already have a huge opportunity to enjoy it live at the Corsair booth. The brand stated in its press release:We are committed to creating a revolutionary display that offers a fantastic and customizable experience and I think we have achieved and even surpassed this goal.. “

For the rest of the players who haven’t had a chance to travel to Cologne this year for the return of the video game show, the XENEON FLEX OLED screen will provide more information on the release date in the coming weeks.
