Bhubaneswar: The cases of Covid-19 in the capital Odisha are currently on a downward trend. As many as 19 new cases of positive Covid-19 cases have been detected in Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar city in the last 24 hours.
According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) reports dated 26 September 2022, all the cases reported in the city were cases of local contact.
With today’s development, the total cases of Covid-19 have increased to 1,65,799. The recovered cases are 1,64,031. The total number of deceased cases is 1198. Currently active cases of Covid-19 in Bhubaneswar are 567. Recovered cases in BMC in recent 24 hours are 52.
Odisha today recorded 182 more Covid-19 patients recovered in the last 24 hours, the Health and Family Welfare (H&FW) department said on September 26. With this development, the total number of patients cured of Covid-19 in Odisha has reached 13,22,831.
Odisha reported 164 new positive cases of covid-19 for September 25. The total number of Covid-19 cases includes 25 positives between 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations Department (I & PR Department, Odisha).
Of the total number of cases, 96 cases are quarantine cases and the remaining 68 cases are local contact cases. Majority of positive cases were reported from Khurdha (24), Sundargarh (22), Sambalpur (19), Puri (13) followed by Cuttack (11). The cumulative tested cases in Odisha are 33527332.
