In a tragic turn of events sunday morningdaughter of “Basketball Wives” actress Brooke Bailey was killed in a car accident in Memphis. According to Memphis Police Department collision report obtained by Nexstar’s WREG, Kayla Nicole Bailey, 25, was killed in a tractor-trailer crash on eastbound Highway 40 around 4 a.m. Sunday.
Blue Mercedes-Benz S550 in which she was a passenger was written off and transported to the MPD detention facility. Driver Julius Weaver, 38, was a Cordova resident who tragically died at the scene of the crash. When paramedics arrived, they took Bailey to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The weaver she claims to be “careless”, crashed into the rear of the tractor trailer seen on the right side of the above figure after it had stopped due to an accident. Brooke Bailey shared a heartbreaking Instagram post that read “Forever my baby, Pretty Black aka Kayla Nicole Bailey. This is not goodbye. Mom will see you soon.”
