Initially premiered on Gemini TV on November 18, 2001 and running for six full years until November 18, 2007, the show had a total of 313 episodes.
Most Telugu speakers agree that this television show is the best comedy ever produced in the language. Gunnam Gangaraju and Vasu Inturi, who played Sarvam, wrote most of the episodes.
Amrutham (Twins TV)
Amrutham was a hit with viewers so much that it was re-aired multiple times after its initial run ended. ZEE5 has the exclusive digital rights for the show right now. The 2014 sequel, titled Amrutham Chandaamalo, was a spin-off. In March 2020, ZEE5 began airing the sequel, titled Amrutham Dhvitheeyam.

Amrutham History
Amrutham is known for his humorous perspectives on common topics and his clean humor, which makes him suitable for all ages. Satire can be based on a wide variety of sources, including television shows, films, tests, myths, games, politics, news, and other current events. The show follows four main characters: Amrutha Rao (Vasu Inturi) and Anjaneyulu (Gundu Hanumantha Rao), two childhood friends and owners of Amrutha Vilas restaurant in Hyderabad who come up with whimsical and creative ideas to improve the restaurant business and get rich but fail every time with hilarious consequences; Appaji (Sivannarayana), the rapacious landlord and exploiter of Amrutha Vilas; and that of Sarvam (Tam Sivaji Raja gave rise to the role of Amrutha Rao.
Subsequently, Naresh replaced him in a few episodes before Harsha Vardhan took over and played the role in over 200 of the show’s 313 total episodes. Kalyani Malik composed and sang the title song, which had lyrics written by Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry. Future industry heavyweights, including director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti, cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar, production designer S. Ravinder and composer Kalyani Malik, started in Amrutham.
