Applicants from rural areas or those who have difficulty applying online can submit the application form by going to the Ghaziabad District and Prayagraj District Reserve Police Line as well as the council office in Lucknow.

This campaign is being conducted to recruit candidates from a total of 534 gendarme vacancies within the UP police as part of the sports quota. There are 335 male official positions and 199 female official positions.
