CORONATION street actor Richard Fleischmann has announced that he is engaged to long-term girlfriend Celinda Schoonmaker.
The 32-year-old TV and stage star took to social media and revealed he popped the question earlier this week during a romantic trip to Africa.

Richard, who played the role of Craig Harris in Coronation Street from the ages of 12 to 16, shared the news of his engagement via a post uploaded to his Instagram feed.
One photo shows the silhouettes of Richard and Celinede as they stand in front of the sunset.
Corrie’s ex-husband wrote: “I went to Africa with my girl. I’m going home with a fiancee. He couldn’t be happier.
Richard’s famous friends were quick to express their joy at their friend’s happy news as they flooded the comments section of the post to congratulate the couple.
Richard’s former Corrie co-star Nikki Sanderson wrote: “Congratulations.”
While former Corrie actress Catherine Tyldesley commented: “Oh boys! Huuuuuuge congratulations.”
Hollyoaks star Jessamy Stoddart gushed: “Awww congratulations beautiful couple.”
Celinede also shared a gushing tribute to her new fiance when she revealed the news to her own Instagram followers.
Sharing a snap of herself beaming for the camera, the model and singer wrote: ‘WOW! Thank you for all the wonderful messages! Truly feeling the love, we are having the time of our lives. Much love to you all from me and my fiance! Wowwwwwwwwww.
Richard has been dating Celine since they met in early 2018.
The English actor, who started acting aged 12, was born in 1989 in Manchester and is the son of former Brookside and Coronation Street actress Sue Jenkins and actor and director David Fleishman.
As well as being well known on stage and screen, Richard is a singer and songwriter.
He joined Corrie in 2002 and was the youngest person to win the Stars In Their Eyes celebrity special when he was just 13.
Richard supported Elton John on tour in 2008 on three occasions.
