Mr. Sunak reveals his strict routine and food choices

New British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is a fitness enthusiast and his morning routine is sure to inspire you to embark on your journey to a healthier life. Last year, during an appearance on “The Twenty Minute VC Podcast with Harry Stebbings”, Mr. Sunak talked about his strict routine and his food choices, among other things.

“I wake up between 6 and 7 in the morning depending on the gym I do,” Mr. Sunak said in the podcast.

He also revealed his training regimen and how he maintains his shape. He said he was doing “a group session, a treadmill session and a HIIT class”.

Mr. Sunak also shared to follow American fitness instructor, Cody Rigsby: “She’s definitely my longtime favorite, which means you have to listen to Britney (Spears) a lot. But you know, there’s nothing wrong with that. in trying to inspire you, I guess I’ve been trying to diversify lately.

Mr. Sunak shared that he fasts intermittently most days. “I fast intermittently, so most of the time I don’t have anything for breakfast. Otherwise, we have Greek yogurt and blueberries during the week. And then in the morning I have another breakfast which is either Gail’s with a cinnamon bun, a bread or a chocolate, or a chocolate chip muffin. So sometimes I have a sweet chocolate pastry.

“On weekends we have a full breakfast on Saturday and again on Sunday, we alternate pancakes and waffles. We prepare crispy, baked American pancakes with blueberries and strawberries. We have pancakes or waffles every week.

At 42, he is the youngest and the first black man to hold the office of Prime Minister.

In his first speech to the people after being appointed prime minister, Rishi Sunak said it was “the greatest privilege of my life … he will work day after day”.
