OnePlus is rolling out OxygenOS 13 Open Beta for OnePlus 10T users

Smartphone maker OnePlus has released OxygenOS 13 Open Beta update for OnePlus 10T users. The update is meant for India only, the smartphone maker said. OxygenOS 13 Open Beta update for OnePlus 10T comes a few days after OnePlus 9RT OxygenOS 13 Open Beta update.

If you are someone who wants to try the OxygenOS 13 Open Beta update for your OnePlus 10T, you need to make sure that your device is running on OxygenOS 12 version (A.08/A.10). Since the software is beta software, it is not as stable as the official OTAs. The latest update offers improvements, new features and various optimizations. Users are advised to back up their data before updating their smartphones.

Steps to install the update

  1. Download the specified ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
  2. Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone memory.
  3. Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click on Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in developer mode.
  4. Go back to Settings -> About Device -> Up-to-date -> Click on the top right button -> Local Install -> Click on the relevant installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade is 100% complete.
  5. After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
  6. Update successful.
