Applegate did not provide any details about the events she will be attending. However, she may be there to promote her upcoming Netflix series, Dead to Me launches its third and final season on November 17.

In August 2021 Applegate was the first person to publicly inform the public of his diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS), which the Mayo Clinic says is a “potentially crippling disease of the brain and spinal cord.”

She tweeted at the time

She then tweeted, “Hello friends. I was diagnosed with MS a few months ago. It’s been a strange road. But I’ve been incredibly supported by others I know who also have this diagnosis. “It’s been a rough ride, but as we all know, the road goes on – unless a pothole blocked it,” he said. “It’s been a tough road.”

Following Applegate’s diagnosis, Entertainment Tonight spoke with James Marsden, who praised his Dead to Me co-star for her resilience in the interview. “She will fight and fight through anything and I admire her as a person,” he said. “Nothing will hold her down and she will fight and fight anything.”

“Just as a compassionate, wonderful human being who’s fun to work with, but also a complement to that, she’s going to figure out a way to not let that get her down.” And she’s doing just that, and it’s inspiring to see.

But honestly, it’s not a surprise to me because that’s who she is as a character and as a human being. “Just like a compassionate, wonderful human being who is fun to work with.
