Financially, the film was a smash hit, grossing an incredible amount of cash at the box office. However, the film reportedly had a record opening day, grossing over Rs 37 million on its first day of release and making Vijay Devarakonda the highest-grossing actor in his career history. The first day of Liger’s release in India brought in over 37 million copies, making it the best opening of Vijay Devarakonda’s career to date and making the film’s producers very happy. The film reportedly has a pre-release business of around 90 crore (including digital rights), which is the best pre-release business for Puri Jagannadh or Vijay Devarakonda. Let’s hope Liger’s film does well at the box office in the next few days, despite needing a lot for its hiatus.
