Lazy Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

These days everyone observes the holy month of Kartika. Clean homes, colorful rangolis, clean vegetable food and lots of pooja. In most families, non-veg foods are not allowed to be cooked or even touched. However, still most people are pure non-vegetarians, especially our youth. They are facing many problems. Lazy Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients –

1. Long basmati rice – 2 cups (soaked)
2. chicken bone without small pieces – 1 cup
3. Green peas-1/2 cup
4. bags of flour – 4 large pcs
5. carrot-4 large pcs
6. baskets-4 medium pcs
7. Potatoes-4 medium pcs
8.Shimla mirch-4 large pcs
9. Eggs-2
10. Gota masalas-ilaichi, dalchini, kali mart 2 pcs
11. Onion cut into slices – 1 large
12. Crushed garlic – 1 tablespoon
13. Ginger-1/2 inch crushed
14. Tatamo chopped – 1 cup
15-Chopped green coriander-2 tablespoons
16. Desi ghee-1 tbsp
17. Biryani masala-2 tbsp
18. Red paprika powder-1 tbsp
19. Jira-1 tbsp
20.Cooking oil n salt to taste.

Cooking Process of Lazy Fried Chicken Rice –

First, take a flat pressure cooker. Wash all the vegetables and the chicken. Keep it away.

Marinate the chicken with a little salt and pepper. Now heat a pressure cooker and put some oil in it. Then put all the gota masala. Put the chopped onion and stew for a while. Then put the garlic and ginger saute for a few more minutes.

Now let the chicken fry for some time until all the water evaporates. Then put all the vegetables and fry until golden brown.

Put all the masala powder and tomatoes, fry till they mix together. Now add 3 cups of water to the mixture. Once it boils, put Desi ghee and coriander leaves in it. Add all the rice and mix well. Pressure c-cook with 2 whistles. Open it after 5 minutes and serve it with egg puree with dahi raita hot. A quick meal for all vegetarian lovers. Try it at home.
