Last date for GATE 2023 registration today, don’t miss this chance

GATE 2023 Date of last registration: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has once again extended the last registration date for GATE 2023 until October 16, which is until today. Candidates can now apply for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam on October 16, 2022 with a late fee on the official website gate.iitk.ac.in.

Previously, the last date to apply with a late fee was October 14, 2022. However, IIT Kanpur has again extended the deadline to apply for the GATE exam for the convenience of applicants. Applicants should note that the GATE 2023 documents will be held on February 4, 5, 11 and 12, 2023. The GATE 2023 document will be conducted for a total of 100 points where the general aptitude questions (GA) will be 15 points and the paper remaining will be 85 points.

2023 gate registration with late fees

General category applicants and foreign nationals will be charged a late fee of Rs 2,200 for each item. While women, candidates in the SC / ST category will have to pay a late payment allowance of Rs 1,350.

Documents required for GATE 2023 registration

To register for GATE 2023, the required documents include the candidate’s photo, sign, category certificate and PWD certificate.

Steps to apply for GATE 2023

  1. Visit the official gate.iitk.ac.in website
  2. Click the online registration link provided on the home page
  3. Enter your email ID, date of birth and other required credentials
  4. Fill out the application form and upload all required documents
  5. Pay the late payment fee and fill out the form
  6. Download the final form and print it.

We inform that GATE 2023 will be organized by IIT Kanpur this year and this exam is organized for admission to the postgraduate courses in engineering and technology available at IIT and IISc Bangalore.
