Age Limits for Southern Railway Apprentice Vacancies:
- The minimum age of the applicant should not be less than 15 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 24 years. However, there will be relaxations for the deserving as per the government rules.
Eligibility to apply for Southern Railway Apprentice Recruitment:
- Candidates residing in the following places/areas falling under the geographical jurisdiction of Southern Railway only are eligible to apply.
- Entire State of Tamil Nadu
- The entire Union Territory of Puducherry
- The entire state of Kerala
- Entire Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep
- ONLY the two districts of Andhra Pradesh namely SPSR Nellore and Chittoor.
- ONLY one region of Karnataka namely Dakshina Kannada
