Face fans, the suspense is over. The 34-year-old pop artist and current host of Saturday Night Live has finally come out as dating comedian Mike Wright. It’s been rumored for years, but the singer has been largely silent about it. Recently, however, Litso hinted at details about her new boyfriend. She’s revealing her relationship with him to her fans now that they’re an official red carpet couple.

Who is Mike Wright?
According to an interview he gave to VoyageLA in 2020, Mike grew up on the west side of Detroit before moving to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. However, this seemingly minor detail about Mike’s hometown has some pretty big implications.
People have speculated that the line “new dude from the Minnesota Vikings” in Lizzo’s 2017 hit song “Truth Hurts” refers to her new boyfriend. Fans speculated that Lizzo was in a relationship with a professional NFL player, but she put an end to the rumors at a concert in Detroit in 2019.
According to the Detroit Free Press, Lizzo informed the crowd, “The man I made this song for is from Detroit.” It was finally over.
How long have they been together?
As you may or may not know, Myke and Lizzo have been friends for a very long time. It’s not like they’ve never collaborated before! The two co-hosted MTV’s Wonderland music program in 2016.
In 2022, on Valentine’s Day, Mike and Lizo were spotted enjoying a romantic evening together at a restaurant in Los Angeles. When exactly they became a couple is not known, but he has been a part of her life for a long time.
