And, to prepare your menu for Diwali festivities, we have found a delicious recipe for the Papdi Chaat table. Wait, are you worried about papdi chaat getting soggy? Ingredients:
Suspended curd
Green mustard (homemade)
Chutney Sonth (tamarind)
Boiled potatoes (finely chopped)
Cherry tomatoes (diced)
chopped onions)
Chat Masala.
Alo Bhujia
Coriander
Grenade
Method:
Step 1: Spread the curd suspended on a table of papri chaat or on a cake stand.
Step 2: Garnish with green chutney and sonth (homemade). Take a toothpick and twist it.
Step 3: Add the diced potatoes, cherry tomatoes and onions. PS: You can also use pickled onions.
Step 4: Sprinkle a dollop of homemade chaat masala.
Step 5: You can also add aloo bhujia, fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate.
Keep the papdi on one side and they won’t soften.
