Karthika Deepam (Star MAA) Serial Cast, Times, History, Real Name, Wiki and more: Karthika Deepam is a Telugu soap opera broadcast on Star Maa and available for viewing online on Hotstar from Monday to Saturday. It is a reimagining of a Malayalam show broadcast on an Asiannet called Karutha Muthu. The protagonist, Deepa, is a sweet and innocent dark-skinned girl. Because of her skin tone, she faces discrimination and prejudice at home, at school and in the neighborhood.

The main characters are played by Premi Viswanath and Nirupam Paritala. Kapuganti Rajendra and Gutha Venkateswararao are the serials directors and producers respectively. What you will get in Karthika Deepam’s serial story is a tale centered around a female lead. Deepa, a young woman with dark skin and pristine intellect, is the protagonist of this story. Karthika Deepam History

Dr. Karthik and Deepa see each other regularly. Karthik thinks Deepa is really generous and nice. While Deepa’s half-sister Sravya has feelings for Karthik, her brother Aditya is in love with Karthik’s sister. Soundarya, Aditya’s mom, and Aditya and Sravya’s dad all agree with the marriage. Sravya is so thrilled by the prospect of marrying Karthik that she threatens suicide if he doesn’t propose. Karthik approaches Sravya’s father (with whom he resides) to get approval to marry Deepa, but avoids the question. Karthik and Deepa get married in a temple and then tell everyone about it at a party, which infuriates Soundarya and Sravya. Soundarya welcomes Deepa into her family; Sravya marries Aditya despite a previous desire to eliminate him and Deepa from her photo.

Karthik’s old acquaintance, Mounitha, is back and wants to be with him. She is responsible for Sravya’s miscarriage and leads Karthik to think Deepa is having an affair with her writer friend Vihari. Soundarya supports Deepa’s pregnancy decision. Karthik undergoes a fertility test, but the killer of his college girlfriend, Mounitha, swaps the samples. He makes several failed attempts to have Deepa killed before hiring Durga to do it for her. After witnessing Deepa’s generosity, however, Durga decides to spare Deepa’s life. Monitha makes a futile attempt to kill them in a car accident. Deepa gets a job in the fuel industry. Vihari explains to Soundarya that he and Deepa are like brothers and sisters and refutes any suspicions Soundarya may have had that he was having an affair with her. Soundarya apologizes to Deepa for their misunderstanding and begs her to return, but Deepa continues on her way. Deepa gives birth to twins and Soundarya decides to keep one. After falling in love with the baby, Karthik decides to call her Hima, in honor of her late girlfriend. Meanwhile, Deepa and her second daughter, Souurya, have fled the city.

Over time, the serial has become a formidable rival to celebrity-focused variety shows on television. But interest in the Karthika Deepam Telugu serial shown on star Maa’s channel has steadily declined over the past few months.
