The 78-year-old Point Break actor is said to have grabbed one woman’s bottom and tried to remove another’s bra at a horror film fan convention before the police were called.
Buzzy’s crimes allegedly occurred during a Monster Mania event at the Doubletree Hotel in Cherry Hill, N.J., on Aug. 13, police said.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Monday, one of the women claims that Busey put his face close to her breasts and asked her where she got them.
The documents also allege that the actor then tried to unbutton her bra strap, while the other woman claims in the documents that he grabbed her behind.
TMZ said that the day after the alleged crimes, officers said they received a call from a man who reported that his daughter had also been sexually assaulted by Buzzy at the event, with that alleged victim claiming that Buzzy also grabbed her the back part.

The outlet reports that court records say when police first contacted Busey about the allegations, which he denies, that he groped someone.
Buzzy is also said to have asked to apologize to the women before being charged, with the documents saying he “claimed that sometimes it’s possible to accidentally touch someone in a certain part of the body.”
It comes after the actor was caught in shocking photos with his pants down in broad daylight at a public park in California.
The images showed him appearing to perform a lewd act before lighting up a cigar – a day after he was accused of groping three women at the horror film.
On Friday, the actor was charged with four counts of sexual contact and harassment following multiple alleged incidents at the convention.
