Deny Imran to save face, reject his demands, Nawaz instructed Shehbaz

Islamabad: PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif barred his younger brother, Pakistan’s incumbent Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, from accepting PTI chairman Imran Khan’s demands.

Taking to Twitter, Nawaz mocked Khan and his ongoing long march and said “the one who claimed to bring 1 million people to the streets has not even managed to rally 2,000 workers,” Geo News reported

He said he had instructed Shehbaz not to bow to Khan’s demands at any cost.

“Whether he incites a mob of 2,000 or 20,000, neither to listen to the demands of this fitna (riot) nor to give him any chance to save his face.”

He added that the Prime Minister should “concentrate all his energy in the service of society”, Geo News reported.

Nawaz also said that since Khan’s lies were exposed, the nation has become apathetic towards his narrative.

“He told one lie after another so brutally and brazenly that DG ISI was forced to break his silence and tell the truth to the nation.”

He said that despite the passage of many days, Khan could not come up with an explanation. “That’s why all his accent is usually limited to expletives.”

Khan began his long-awaited long march to Islamabad on October 28, Geo News reported.

The march started from Liberty Chowk in Lahore and will head towards Gujranwala.
