Karanjiya: Winter has already arrived in Odisha. Many places in the state felt a slight chill in the last few days due to drop in temperature at night. The effects of the winter have also been observed at Karanja in Mayurbhanj district. Along with the drop in temperature, dense fog is also observed in the outskirts of Karanjaya.
Residents of Shukrili, Rewa district of Karanjaya, woke up to a foggy morning on Friday. Visibility was so low in places that even the streets could not be seen clearly. Due to which the roads were relatively less busy. Several people were also spotted in winter clothes, while others huddled around fireplaces to escape the cold.
