David Beador’s wife Leslie files for divorce after claiming he filed for eviction

It looks like David and Leslie Beador will end their marriage after all. A week after Leslie said David was withdrawing her divorce papers, the mother-of-three posted on her personal Instagram account on Tuesday night that she is now taking legal steps to end their 23-month marriage.

Leslie, who is 38, captioned an old photo of herself: “Filing for divorce.” “Even though it’s not what I would have expected, it’s the best.”

Leslie, 57, and David, 57, are to be married October 15, 2020 and have a 19-month-old daughter together named Anna Love Bidor. She also has two children from a previous marriage.

Leslie wrote in her post, “I value myself and the happiness and well-being of my children.” “I’m so thankful for a huge circle of friends and family who support me. I look forward to a bright and happy future with my beautiful children.

David was previously married to Shannon Beador, who starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County. He filed for legal dissolution of his marriage to Leslie for the first time on September 15, which was also the day before his wedding anniversary to Shannon.

David said they were unable to reconcile their differences in initial court documents obtained by sources. He asked for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter and said they already have a prenuptial agreement that says how their assets will be divided.

A few days later on September 21 Leslie wrote on her personal Instagram story that David “tendered his resignation a few days ago.”

The change has not yet been made in online court records, but a court official previously told PEOPLE there is no deadline for non-urgent requests.

The Beadors live in both Orange County and Park City, Utah, where David also has a home. They first went public with their relationship in January 2018.

At the time, sources said Shannon, who was 58 at the time, was “blindsided” by the relationship because she and David had just ended their 17-year marriage four months earlier in September 2017.

Leslie writes a lot about her time with David on Instagram. She even made news when, on November 9, 2019 she posted a photo of herself and David without clothes on Instagram.

“All my kids saw it at school,” Shannon told the crowd at the first BravoCon that month of her daughters Sophie, 21, Stella, 18, and Adeline, 18, who she shares with David. “They were horrified.”

David doesn’t remember it that way. “My kids called me and we laughed at the selfies that Leslie posted,” he said. “It’s amazing how much Shannon talks about me and my life. It needs peanut butter for the jelly.

In January 2020, David and Leslie were in the news again when Leslie told everyone they were getting married. He asked her to marry him just nine months after he and Shannon agreed to separate.

Leslie shared the news on her Instagram account. She showed off her new ring in a shirtless selfie with David. She also posted another photo of her then-fiancé and her huge diamond with the caption, “Waiting for eternity with my love. I LOVE YOU LOVE!!!”

David later told sources, confirming their happy news: “Yes, Leslie and I are happy to be engaged. We’re celebrating in Miami and then going to the Super Bowl.”

In July 2020, they made the exclusive announcement they had been waiting for. On February 5, 2021 Anna Love was born.

Shannon, on the other hand, tried to reconcile with David by sending him and Leslie a gift for Anna Love. In the end, the move didn’t improve things between the three. Shannon said on Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM radio show in March 2021 that Leslie had turned down the gift and that they were no longer in a relationship. The Real Housewives of Orange County is now filming season 17.
