Colombia’s president has suspended arrest warrants for ELN negotiators

Gustavo Petro, Colombia’s first self-proclaimed leftist president, wants to establish a permanent peace agreement with the FARC and wants to start negotiations with other armed groups in the country. He has suspended the arrest warrants and extradition of the negotiator with the ELN terrorist group.
