Bhubaneswar: In the last 24 hours, Odisha has registered 171 more Covid-19 patients, recovered patients, the Health and Family Welfare (H&FW) department said on October 5. With this development, the total number of recovered Covid-19 patients in Odisha has reached 13,24,570.
Recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities in the state, the Ministry of Health informed through its official Twitter.
According to the state’s H&FW department, the highest recoveries were made in Sundargarh (31), followed by Cuttack (26) and Khordha (24). The details of recovered cases are given below.

Odisha reported new positive covid-19 cases for October 4. The total number of Covid-19 cases includes 9 positives between 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations Department (I & PR Department, Odisha).
Out of the total number of cases, 40 cases are quarantine cases and the remaining 28 cases are local contacts. Majority of the positive cases were reported from Khurda (14), Sundargarh (9) and Cuttack (6). The cumulative tested cases in Odisha are 33621273.
