Alpine Concept And Revived Renault 4 Debuting At Paris Motor Show

The Renault brands have six vehicles that will debut at the 2022 Paris Motor Show on October 17. Among the first, Alpine will unveil a concept that presents “a new phase in the transformation of the brand,” according to the announcement.

Alpine has no teaser images of this concept. The only other information about the company’s vehicle is that it embodies “the future of its product and its sporting strategy”.

In January, Alpine offered a dark look of its GT X-Over electric crossover. A production version will arrive in 2025. One possibility is that the brand offers a preview of the model in Paris.

The revamped Renault 4 (original in the gallery above) will also make its Paris debut. The company announced the electric vehicle at its product strategy event in February and displayed a simple line drawing of the vehicle.

Other than the use of an electric powertrain, no details are available on the new Renault 4. The original was a mainstream vehicle with production of over eight million units between 1961 and early. of the 90s.

A new version of the Renault 5 concept (above) could be in Paris. The company calls it a “sporty and bizarre show car”. The original version of this vehicle is from January 2021, but the description suggests this may be different.

Renault will also launch the Kangoo E-Tech electric van in Paris. There will also be the electric Mégane E-Tech and the hybrid Austral E-Tech.
