Cuttack: On Sunday, a youth hurled bombs at his alleged girlfriend’s house at Mundia Sahi of Chakargarh village under Narsinghpur block in Cuttack district.
The youth, who has been identified as Dipu Nayak, son of Meghnad Nayak, is a resident of Chakragarh village. He threw four bombs near his girlfriend’s house late yesterday evening. Because of this, the girl has locked herself in her house as she is terrified to go out.
Deepu was in a one-sided love affair with the girl and had reportedly been harassing her for the past few days. When the girl doesn’t return his love, he starts threatening to kidnap her when she goes to school.
When his threat did not work, he could not accept it and in his anger did this crazy act. The girl’s family has been registered complaint against the youth at the Narsinghpur police station. The police are currently investigating the case.
