4 million Ukrainians affected by power cuts after Russian attacks on power facilities: Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelensky said around 4 million people have been affected by power outages across Ukraine.

Kiev:

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday that nearly four million people across Ukraine have been affected by power outages to the country’s electricity infrastructure as a result of Russian air strikes.

“From now on, many cities and regions of our country are using a stabilization blackout program …” he said in his evening speech. “We are doing everything to ensure that the state has the opportunity to reduce these breakdowns.”
